Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum-ready system architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps specifically aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models and quantum algorithms to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Protocol Development: Establish best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage in quantum systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
