Responsibilities
- Architect Intelligence: Design and implement advanced machine learning models and neural architectures optimized for edge computing and real-time robotic control.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of autonomous decision-making algorithms for the Project 2026 fleet.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to seamlessly integrate AI software with robotic hardware components.
- Optimization: Drive performance tuning and efficiency improvements for deep learning workloads on custom hardware.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate concepts in simulation environments before deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Robotics, or Autonomous Systems development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and C++ for high-performance systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended engineering problems.
