Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, end-to-end AI and Machine Learning systems for enterprise deployment.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Executive) to define technology roadmaps.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for production efficiency and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and prototype cutting-edge AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow) and big data processing technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
