Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI technical strategy and vision for the organization.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into scalable product architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of next-gen algorithms.
- Identify emerging market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and deep learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to global deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
