Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 98%+ precision
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/phone environments
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred (bilingual premium offered)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
