- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback within our CRM system.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues that require further investigation and escalate them to the appropriate department or senior agents.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new products, services, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications and internal tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
