- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
