Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
