Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve complex customer issues by investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and compliance standards to ensure quality assurance.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
