Responsibilities
- Handle 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily for premium tech support clients
- Resolve complex technical issues using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions with precision in CRM systems (100% compliance)
- Collaborate with engineering teams for escalations (SLA < 2hrs)
- Upsell premium services during client interactions
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Mentor new hires during onboarding process
Qualifications
- 2+ years enterprise-level call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Typing speed 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent tech certification preferred
- Fluency in English + Spanish bilingual skills required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
