Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for enterprise tech clients
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and proprietary software
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
