Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a primary focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Account Management: Accurately update customer accounts and record all interactions within our CRM database.
- Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and service navigation.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality standards and call scripts to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
