About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and insights within large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate data science solutions into production pipelines.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to drive innovation.
- Optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and data engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of SQL and experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven projects that have a measurable business impact.
