Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for the 2026 technological landscape.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Technology Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of critical applications to ensure zero-latency user experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
