Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures for next-generation software products.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Predictive Analytics) into core infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical strategies and roadmaps for the engineering department, aligning them with business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure 99.99% uptime and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a Senior Systems Architect or Lead Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML pipelines or preparing legacy systems for future tech integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
