Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present future trend analyses to stakeholders and influence high-level strategic decisions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of 2026 Initiative strategies and adjust as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional teams
