Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on experimental neuro-quantum interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications on post-singularity societal implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from lab to market
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for classified government partnerships
