- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven trend validation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies and ethical implications
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences and board presentations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, FSF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic foresight initiatives
