Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype quantum-biotech convergence solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with 7-year strategic vision
- Curate and manage an external network of futurists, academic researchers, and venture capitalists
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting 2026 tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record translating speculative concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech foresight journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
