Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Research and synthesize global trend data across 15+ emerging sectors
- Design predictive AI models for market disruption forecasting
- Produce executive-grade futures reports with visual storytelling frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia and industry labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or technological forecasting
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on societal impact of technological shifts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
