- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-performing foresight team
- Integrate sustainability and ethical impact principles into all future-planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
