Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight programs mapping technological, social, and economic trajectories toward 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and biotech regulation shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on near-future disruption in Web3 and neuro interfaces
- Produce strategic white papers on climate adaptation and sustainable urbanization
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Build global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present foresight insights to C-suite clients and advisory boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex change
