Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for societal and technological shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
