Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological breakthroughs, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models and digital ecosystems
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on disruptive forces reshaping industries
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with C-suite leadership teams
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership on 2026+ topics
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
