Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across 15+ business units
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic analysis
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
