Your work will directly shape our product roadmap and market positioning in rapidly evolving sectors like AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and economy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation portfolio performance and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend detection and pattern recognition
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
