Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging tech verticals
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and trend reports published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics and nanotechnology teams
- Build proprietary forecasting models using proprietary 2026 Analytics Platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in weak signal detection and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Clearance for Tier-2 government innovation projects preferred
