Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting

- Expertise in trend analysis using Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published research on technological singularity or 2020s tech disruption
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized systems architecture
- Clearance for US government innovation projects (preferred)
