Responsibilities
- Scan global ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging market opportunities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services using agile methodologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation (showcase case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
