Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight strategies identifying disruptive trends and paradigm shifts through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to prototyping, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic objectives
- Design and implement AI-powered trend analysis frameworks to quantify future market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and patent strategies
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and board members using immersive storytelling techniques
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts to enhance foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers establishing thought leadership in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities with data visualization proficiency
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams in dynamic environments
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation strategy publications
