- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop future scenario models and risk mitigation strategies for executive leadership
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation lab ecosystem
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenario models that influenced enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
