As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to identify emerging paradigms, quantify disruption vectors, and develop actionable frameworks for sustainable growth. You'll collaborate with global thought leaders and translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Author executive briefings on emerging technological paradigms and their societal implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence patterns
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
