Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI integration
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological trajectories
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
