- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and socioeconomic shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into strategic priorities
- Create quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and technological adoption curves
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with future-state objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gephi)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
