Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 enterprises
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI researchers, biotech engineers, and behavioral economists
- Author proprietary trend reports used by central banks and federal agencies
- Design immersive future-state simulations for client decision-making processes
- Mentor a global network of futurists through our proprietary Nexus Vanguard program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or top-tier consultancy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or TED Talks
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Portfolio of at least 3 industry-disrupting scenarios implemented by major organizations
