Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-plaking models and strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners across academia, government, and private sectors
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation in our foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or related field with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Policy, or MBA
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate economics, or digital transformation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
