- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI ethics, climate adaptation, and biotech evolution
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with actionable recommendations for Fortune 500 executives
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and workforce transformation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmap for 2026 product launches
- Represent the company at premier foresight conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record developing scenario planning methodologies for C-suite decision-makers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts into compelling executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience advising on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies in 2026 contexts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
