Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups

- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (US/EU)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
