Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports communicating complex future scenarios to executive teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to anticipate disruptive developments
- Advise on ethical implications and sustainable integration of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level briefings
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, digital transformation)
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or technology innovation
