Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive boards and industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Oversee implementation of emerging technology pilots and prototypes
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
