Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines for Generative AI models.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, hallucination rates, and efficiency in real-world applications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference latency and throughput for high-volume AI deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, MLOps practices, and governance frameworks for AI model lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI research, with a specific focus on NLP and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and debug high-performance systems.
