Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Research and integrate novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of deployed models in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
