Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable quantum processors for the 2026 roadmap.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum modules into classical cloud environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for quantum safety and error correction.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in quantum computing.
- Deep expertise in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong background in classical parallel computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
