Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance React components and applications using modern best practices (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth 60fps animations across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to establishing internal coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- State Management: Proficiency in state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Build Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, Yarn).
- Testing: Experience writing tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
