Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and call handle times
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Adhere to all HIPAA and PCI compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
