Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues
- Participate in continuous training programs
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
