The Role:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and creative content strategy. You will be responsible for auditing websites, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable SEO solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and body copy, ensuring maximum relevance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs to report on campaign success.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings and driving traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials, Core Web Vitals, and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
