Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction for organic search, focusing on adapting to AI Search Optimization (ASO) and emerging search paradigms.
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to resolve crawl errors, improve site speed, and optimize Core Web Vitals.
- Manage complex keyword research and content strategy to target high-value, low-competition search terms.
- Execute high-impact link-building campaigns utilizing white-hat outreach and PR strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, content, product) to implement schema markup and structured data.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to drive data-backed decisions.
- Mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform technical on-page optimizations.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings for enterprise-level clients.
