Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement corrective strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and manage high-level keyword strategies and content calendars that align with business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to secure high-authority backlinks from relevant industry sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and product managers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing projects and mentoring junior team members is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
