Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits of our career pages and job boards to enhance visibility and user experience.
- Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies to attract niche technical candidates.
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for maximum efficiency and SEO performance.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data using Python or R to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define keyword strategies that align with market trends and candidate search behavior.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives to establish our brand as a thought leader in the tech industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Experience with Python or SQL for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
